Another in the Prime Series
By J. Saul
When you mix a female vampire with a male werewolf your just asking for trouble. An touble is just what Sidonie Wolf and Joe Bleythin get when they are paired up to on a dangerous mission to save both vampires and werewolf's. This is a great series. Very involved and playing one book off the others. Reading is order is suggested.

Excellent Read
By G. Grant
I liked the Vampire-Werewolf romance. Different from Sizemore's usual human-vampire theme. In this book you also got a second romance between our female lead's father and a human woman he met in France during WWII. At first I was a bit confused by the change between the now and then stories, however, after a few time changes I got comfortable with the format and finished the book with ease. The end was very satisfying and set up a likely lead into the next book. Something to look forward to in hopefully the near future.

A Frankenstein tale
By Neker
Or at least pieced together like Frankenstein...
I've not read previous books by Sizemore and I'm not even sure if this is a series or not. Reading it, it felt like one. I wondered if Sizemore was repeating instances from previous novels or just giving flashbacks. It was hard to decide which. I do know that the story started off with a vampire, Sid, and a werewolf, Joe. Sid and Joe apparently had a relationship in the past when Sid screwed it up. Sizemore flips back and forth between the past and present day to explain this.
Then...halfway through the book she jumps to another story between the vampire Tony and the human woman Rose. Tony had to give up Rose because his mommie said so. Sizemore again flips back and forth between the past and the present day.
All this flipping and switching characters was very confusing. Sizemore does NOT have a talent in this area to smoothly transition between people, places, and time. It would have been a better story if she would have stuck with one set of characters and time.
